For businesses using FatherPay Dropship, the Level fee from the original transaction will not be refunded when issuing a refund. This policy applies to all payment methods processed through FatherPay Dropship.

To maintain transparency in our pricing, FatherPay Dropship does not return the Level fee when a payment is refunded. Our standard fees provide access to essential features like fraud protection, reporting, and other tools to manage your payments efficiently.
