Buy and manage your store domain without leaving your dashboard.
Where to find it: Settings → Add domain → Buy a new domain
- Search and buy — one all-in price, with WHOIS privacy included
- Automatic setup — DNS is configured for you, and the domain connects to your store in one click
- Live progress — a “Setting up” status shows while your domain is being prepared
- Fix it yourself — if the registry rejects your contact details, correct them and retry without contacting support
- Manage DNS records directly from the domain page

Where to find it.
- FatherStock app — open any product and look for Cost Calculator, or use the new Cost Calculator page in the menu to check any product.
- FatherShops — on the product edit page, a Product cost card sits under the price showing what one order costs, with the full breakdown one click away.
How it works.
- Pick the options, quantity and destination country — the total updates instantly
- Live shipping rates, calculated from the parcel’s actual weight and size

Build a designed product page in a few clicks — no layout work, no code.
Where to find it: Catalog → Products → Select a product → Click the AI icon → Choose a layout → Build Product
- Pick from a set of ready-made layouts
- The AI builds your page using the product’s existing images, title and description
- Review it in preview before publishing — your current page stays live until you save
- Edit anything afterwards in the Theme Builder
The feature is live now in your dashboard.

✨ New: Video Shop App
Sell your products through video. Add shoppable video rails to your store and let customers buy straight from the clip.
Where to find it: Apps → General → video Shopping
Adding videos
- Pull videos from Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo or TikTok, or upload your own
- Title, creator and cover image are fetched automatically — edit any of them
- Add your own cover photos, captions and button labels
Making them shoppable
- Attach one or more products to each video
- Choose what happens when a customer adds a product: go straight to checkout, or stay on the video with a confirmation
Placing them in your store
- Show video rails on your home page, product pages or category pages
- Control the rail’s position, how many videos appear, and the section title
- Preview on your storefront before publishing, and save as drafts until you’re ready
The app is live now in your dashboard.

✨ Enhanced Cart Experience in the Theme Builder
You can now switch your cart to the redesigned, faster version — no code, no migration.
Where to find it: Theme Builder → Pages → Checkout
- Cart Experience — choose Default (your current cart page) or Enhanced (the redesigned cart). Available once Checkout Experience is set to Enhanced.
- Cart drawer — your header cart becomes a slide-out drawer, so shoppers can view and edit their cart without leaving the page.
Hit Save and it’s live. Switching back to Default takes one click.

✨ Enhanced Checkout Experience in the Theme Builder
You can now switch your store to a faster, redesigned checkout — no code, no migration.
Where to find it: Theme Builder → Pages → Checkout
- Checkout Experience — choose Default (your current pages) or Enhanced (redesigned checkout and order confirmation). Your cart page stays exactly as it is.
- Checkout Skin — set the colours, fonts and corner styles for the Enhanced checkout and confirmation pages.
- Login Prompt — choose where customers verify their email: a compact in-page row (default) or a popup.
- Checkout Access — require login, or allow guest checkout. Guest orders still create an account, so receipts, tracking and order history keep working.
- Preview with sample data — fills the builder preview with a sample order so you can see the whole checkout while styling it. Nothing is saved.
Hit Save and it’s live. Switching back to Default takes one click.

✨ New Payment Flow for FatherStock Orders
Paying for your orders is now faster and more flexible.
- Orders exported from FatherShops to FatherStock are automatically marked Ready to Pay
- Pay instantly while placing your order on FatherStock
- Leave the payment page without paying and your order is still created — just pay whenever you’re ready
- Once paid, the order moves to Payment Authorized. You’ll be notified that payment is authorized and will be charged when the order is processed
- If only part of your order is available, we capture payment for that portion only. Any remaining amount is returned to your bank account within 7 days
Custom Packaging for Premium Plans
Premium customers can now use Custom Packaging on their orders. Eligible orders are flagged automatically.

Product Bundles now offers six ready-made offer types. Pick the one that fits, then customise it to match your store.

Choose a bundle type:
- Buy more, save more — bigger discounts as quantity goes up
- BOGO offers — classic buy one, get one
- Buy X, get Y for less — discount a second product when the first is bought
- Perfect pair — two products that go together, at a set price
- Buy X, get Y free — add a gift with purchase
- Bundle and save — group products together for a single price
A live preview updates as you build, so you can see the offer exactly as shoppers will.

✨ Two-Factor Authentication Now Required for Account Logins
Account logins are now protected with 2FA. After entering your password, you’ll receive a 6-digit code by email to complete sign-in.
New login flow:
- Enter your email and password
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
- Optionally select “Trust This Device” to skip 2FA on that browser for 30 days
Codes expire after 5 minutes. This applies to logins at accounts.fathershops.com — storefront customer logins are unchanged.

✨ Updated: Refer & Earn Just Got More Powerful!
We’ve upgraded the Refer & Earn feature to give our users even more value and flexibility. Here's what's new:
1. Lifetime Commissions
Previously, referrers earned a one-time commission for each successful referral—even if that referral continued renewing their subscription. Now, we can assign lifetime commissions to specific users, allowing them to earn from every renewal their referral makes.
2. Custom Commission Rates
Commission percentages can now be customized per user. This means we can offer different commission rates to different referrers based on performance, partnership, or other factors.
⚠️ Important Note:
If a user’s commission is upgraded from one-time to lifetime, only referrals made after the update will be eligible for lifetime earnings.
Referrals made before the lifetime commission is assigned will remain one-time.
