Steps:
Create an account in Tidio by visiting the following link
https://www.tidio.com/
- Click on login
- Fill in the following options
- Email of registration
- Password
- Your website at Fathershops
- Fill in the following options
- Your Name
- Language
- Fill in the information needed to help personalize your work
- Number of customer service employees
- What kind of business do you do?
- Select the exact service you want from Tidio
- Select the message that appears to your customers
- Show the Code to link with your store
- Click on javascript’s (first option)
- Copy your code
Should only copy the highlighted code
- Go to your Fathershops dashboard
Click on apps and then choose the Tidio app and click on Settings.
- Copy past your code
- Paste your code into the box
- Press Enable
- Then save
- Visit your “Home Page ” and you’ll find Tidio
