Activating Tamara in Fathershop’s store
Before Activating any applications that are developed by a third party, we would like to let you know that Fathershop’s responsibility is to provide connectivity of the services in an easy way that enables you to obtain these services . Here is the step by step guide to activate Tamara payment gateway in your Fathershop’s store.Step 1: API Configuration
After registering on Tamara’s website, your account will be activated and you will be received an email with the API keys information from Tamara.
Note:
You may receive an email from Tamara with your linking keys (API Key (Merchant Key) and Notification key) , but it can be just a trial so the service may not work with you. In this case You must contact Tamara again and request to activate your account, and they will send new linking keys to you so you can simply activate the service.
After that log in to your Fathershop’s store admin panel and then go to Apps -> Payments -> Tamara
Then, Click on Settings
- Select the “Production” option (Your account must be activated with Tamara before setting this option)
- Past API Key (Merchant Key) sent to you from Tamara in “Merchant Token”
- Paste the Notification key sent to you from Tamara in “Notification Token”
- Activate other options.
Step 2 : Checkout Order Statuses
Select the options below
Step 3 : General Configuration
Select the following options as well and make sure that the status is “Enabled” to activate the service .

Step 4 : Checkout page Setting
Go to : Themes -> Skins -> Default ->Checkout ->Advance->Fields Make sure you have First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, City, Post Code [Pin code], Country and State [ Region] Activated on checkout page.
