Q. Are the brands on Fatherstock original?

A. Yes, all our brands are original from the country of origin. We ship them to your customers via DHL Express.

Q. Is it possible to ship to Gulf countries?

A. Yes, we ship to all regions of the Gulf and Arab countries.

Q. If the products were different, do you collect them?

A. Yes, we collect the products for each order, ensure their quality, conduct checks, and ship them directly to your customers.

Q. Does your data appear in the shipment to the customer or my store data?

A. No, absolutely not. There is no data that appears to the customer regarding Fatherstock. The shipment will arrive at the customer with an invoice bearing your store logo.

Q. Is there free shipping?

A. Currently, there is no free shipping. It may be added in future updates.

Q. Is there a COD (Cash on Delivery) payment service?

A. Currently, we do not provide this service. In the future, we will offer it with additional fees.

Q. How do I pay for my products after order confirmation?

A. After confirming the order, you will receive an email with the order status. You can access the control panel, navigate to orders, and find a dedicated icon for payment. Click on it, select the shipping category, and pay for the products online.

Q. I subscribed to you, but I have a problem and don’t understand how to use the control panel.

Q. I want to add sub-sections and additional features.

A. Dear customer, you can add sections from the control panel by going to “Add Features,” and then selecting categories for addition. Pay the specified fee for opening the sections, and they will appear in your account.

Q. What if the shipment is delayed for the customer?

A. We apologize for any delays. You can check the status of the shipment through the orders control panel, where you will find the tracking link for the shipment. You can then track its location with the respective trucking company.

Q. If the product is out of stock, how will I know?

A. If your store is technically connected to our services, we provide a free product update service. This means that if a product goes out of stock, it will be removed from your site. 

When the stock is replenished, the product will be reactivated. For stores not connected, you can manually update inventory using the product number through the control panel.

Q.How do I set my profits?

You can determine your profits yourself. After importing the product to your store, adjust the price manually to include your desired profit margin. There is also a suggested price for each product in the control panel.

Q. Does the shipment reach the customer’s door?

A. Absolutely! Regardless of the customer’s location, our drivers will deliver the products directly. At Fatherstock, we use top international shipping companies to ensure the quality and reliability of delivery.
